Within her illustrious 25-year tenure with Pope & Land Enterprises, Inc., Jackie Gauthreaux has performed many roles, including financial accounting, development, property management, and construction management, as well as her current role as Vice President of Marketing and Leasing. She is responsible for the company’s leasing portfolio, which at one time was greater than 3.5 million square feet within the Atlanta regional area. She is also involved in the positioning of new development, as well as the oversight of leasing and marketing of currently owned and third-party managed assets.

Ms. Gauthreaux is a member of many national real estate organizations including NAIOP, CORENET, and CREW. She has served as President of Jubilee Alliance, Secretary of CREW Atlanta, and currently holds posts on many committees. After receiving her B.A. degree from the University of Texas in 1970, Ms. Gauthreaux taught high school math in Houston, Texas until beginning her real estate career. She maintains a real estate license in both Georgia and Texas, and began working in Atlanta for Pope & Land in May of 1983. She has two sons, and resides in Marietta with her husband.
