As Vice President of Property Management at Pope & Land Enterprises, Inc., Keith Martin oversees operations and property management for all Pope & Land owned and third-party managed assets. Mr. Martin is responsible for directing the company’s property managers and engineering staff to ensure that day-to-day management and operations meet or exceed the expectations of the company’s tenants and building owners. He also oversees preparation of the annual business plan for each property, with emphasis on maximizing the owner’s return while ensuring that the property is maintained in a professional manner.

Mr. Martin joined Pope & Land in 1986 and has more than 25 years of commercial real estate property management experience, including property accounting, systems design and maintenance, budgeting and strategic planning, risk management, environmental and life-safety, project development and a broad range of related expertise.

He is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and previously served as President of BOMA-Atlanta. He has received his RPA and FMA designations, and holds a Georgia real estate sales license. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Players Club Owners Association of Hilton Head, a position he has held since 1992.

Mr. Martin received his B.B.A. in Real Estate and Urban Development from the University of Georgia in 1974. He resides in Marietta and has one son, Chris.
