As CFO at Pope & Land Enterprises, Inc., Tim Weber is responsible for the accounting, financial reporting, and human resource functions of the firm. In addition, Tim works in the areas of acquisitions and dispositions of property for the company. He has 30 years of experience in commercial real estate in the areas of development, property management, and commercial construction accounting. Mr. Weber joined Pope & Land in 1997 after more than 15 years working on large scale projects in various cities in Florida and Georgia.

Mr. Weber is a certified public accountant licensed in Georgia since 1988, and is a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs in the real estate section. He is also a member of the American Institute of CPA’s (AICPA), the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP), and the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council (REIAC), Southeast Region. Tim received an associate degree from St. Pete College, a 1981 undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida, and earned a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate from Georgia State University in 1991. He resides in Sandy Springs with his wife and two children.
