Tom Barranco’s affiliation with Pope & Land Enterprises, Inc. spans three decades and multiple roles, beginning with internships during college, later as land developer for the firm’s NorthWinds’ and Corporate Lakes’ projects, then as an investor in several developments over the past fifteen years.

After graduating from the University of Georgia with a B.B.A. in Finance/Real Estate and his broker’s license in-hand, Mr. Barranco joined the land brokerage firm The Jordan Company as Associate Broker. There he specialized in locating and brokering large tracts of land around Atlanta to a host of developers and investors, including Pope & Land.

In 1991, Mr. Barranco formed his own brokerage firm, and spent fifteen years specializing in putting together large, intricate assemblages in Midtown. He has also continued to broker and invest in vast tracts of vacant land outside of metro Atlanta.

When not working, Tom spends his time outdoors, hunting, fishing, farming, and golfing. He has lived in Buckhead for the past twenty-two years, where he resides with his wife and two sons.
