With more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Kelly plays a vital role as President and partner in the Atlanta based, private full service real estate development firm, Pope & Land Enterprises, Inc. Joining A.J. Land and the Pope & Land team in 1975, he oversees the acquisitions, new development and management of various phases of commercial and multi-family residential real estate. Projects include various mixed-use projects and land developments. While under his direction, the company has developed and acquired a current portfolio of office space and land investments in the southeastern United States.

He is a director/member of The Buckhead Coalition and Midtown Alliance. He is also a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors (ABC), the National Association of Industrial & Office Parks (NAIOP), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Capital City Club.

Mr. Kelly received his B.B.A. in Real Estate & Urban Development from The University of Georgia in 1975. He lives in Atlanta with his wife, Laura, and has two sons and two granddaughters.
