As Executive Vice President and Partner at Pope & Land Enterprises, Inc., Mr. Land is responsible for a broad range of activities, including property acquisitions, dispositions, new developments and entitlements. Having joined the company in 1987, he has been involved in the development of projects containing over 5 million square feet and undeveloped land transactions in excess of $150 million dollars.
He serves on the Board of Directors of the Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce and has served on the Alpharetta YMCA Board of Directors. He is also a member of the Cobb County Board of Realtors and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
Mr. Land received a B.A. in Economics from The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in 1986, where he was a Morehead Scholar. He lives in Alpharetta with his wife Kim and their three children.
