Pope & Land's 100 City View is pleased to welcome HLB Gross Collins into its family of tenants.  HLB Gross Collins, P.C. is an Atlanta based, full service certified public accounting and consulting firm that helps businesses and individuals preserve their financial net worth.  This new tenant took occupancy on the 9th and 10th floors of 100 City View in January, 2009.
