Pope & Land Responsibilities: At Pope & Land, Edna serves as the Accounting Manager in the asset and financial services department. Mrs. Baldwin assists in managing the property accounting division’s day-to-day operations of the properties owned and operated by Pope & Land.
Professional Experience: Prior to joining Pope & Land in 2022, Mrs. Baldwin spent her most recent 5 years in real estate fund accounting, serving as a senior associate in the real estate assets division. She brings 20+ years of property accounting experience in commercial, multifamily and office. Additionally, she has experience in joint ventures, publicly traded REIT funds and privately owned properties.
Education: Mrs. Baldwin received her B.B.A. in Accounting from Georgia State University and a Master of Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School in 2012.
Personal: Mrs. Baldwin lives with her husband and daughter in Stone Mountain. She loves volunteering, is active in her church and Kappa Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
