Pope & Land Responsibilities: Mr. Morgan is involved in the acquisition, development, management and disposition of land and commercial properties throughout metro Atlanta and Charleston, South Carolina.
Professional Experience: Mr. Morgan has over 40 years of experience as a developer and investor in real estate, including locations in metro Atlanta, Charleston, SC and Far East Asia.
Education: Mr. Morgan has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Cornell University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
Membership: Mr. Morgan served as a past member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) and The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) as well as the past director of Council for Quality Growth.
Personal: Mr. Morgan lives on Sullivan’s Island in South Carolina with his wife Susan. They have two adult daughters and five grandchildren.
