Pope & Land Responsibilities: Lori oversees the operations and property management for all Pope & Land owned and third-party managed assets. Lori is responsible for directing the company’s property management staff, as well as ensuring the properties are maintained in a professional manner, based on the owner’s objectives.
Professional Experience: Prior to joining Pope & Land, Lori oversaw various aspects of asset management, operations, property management and facility management for a healthcare consulting firm. She was instrumental in standardizing operations and implementing procedures in lease administration, accounting, construction management, engineering and property management for a regional health system with over 300 locations. She has worked with various ownership entities including private, non-profit, joint ventures, and publicly traded REITs. Additionally, she has experience in managing Class A office, retail and medical buildings, including The Avenue, Bank of America Plaza, The Pinnacle, and Northside Alpharetta Medical buildings.
Education: Lori received her Bachelor of Science in Management from Georgia Tech and has obtained the real estate designations of Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) from Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI). She is also a LEED Green Associate and is a licensed salesperson in Georgia.
Membership: Lori is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), where she served on the Board of Directors, as well as on several committees.
Personal: Lori is a native Atlantan and lives in Acworth, Georgia with her family.
