POPE & LAND RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Leasing Associate for Pope & Land, Sam assists with all tasks that support the leasing strategy goals of its in-house Leasing & Advisory Services’ team. His primary focus is centered around assisting the leasing team in Pope & Land buildings located in the Kennesaw, Central Perimeter, Cumberland/Galleria and North Fulton Atlanta submarkets.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Sam rejoined Pope & Land in 2023 after working as an Intern where he gained experience working with multiple divisions of commercial real estate, which included the development, leasing, marketing, and property management teams.
EDUCATION: Sam graduated from the Terry College of Business, at the University of Georgia, with a bachelor’s degree in business management.
PERSONAL: Sam lives in Atlanta and is a big “Dawgs” fan and loves UGA football. He also enjoys spending time with family and playing golf.
