Pope & Land is pleased to announce we have entered into an entity level operating partnership with Jeff Fuqua and Heather Correa and their new retail development company, Fuqua Development, LP. Both Jeff and Heather, who formerly led Sembler Company’s Atlanta office, are experienced retail development and investment veterans. The venture contemplates future joint development and investment opportunities in the retail arena.
The addition of Fuqua’s retail focused development discipline is a logical and beneficial expansion of the Pope & Land platform. There are beneficial operating and investment synergies between our separate focuses, experience and expertise. Fuqua Development LP will continue to operate as a separate company from Pope & Land.
