Pope & Land Responsibilities: At Pope & Land, Edna serves as the Senior Accountant in the asset and financial services department. Mrs. Baldwin assists in managing the property accounting division day-to-day operations of the properties owned and operated by Pope & Land.
Professional Experience: Prior to joining Pope & Land in 2022, Mrs. Baldwin spent her most recent 5 years in real estate fund accounting, serving as a senior associate in the real estate assets division. She brings 20+ years of property accounting experience in commercial, multifamily and office. Additionally, she has experience in joint ventures, publicly traded REIT funds and privately owned properties.
Education: Mrs. Baldwin received her B.B.A. in Accounting from Georgia State University and a Master of Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate in 2012.
Personal: Mrs. Baldwin lives with her husband and daughter in Douglasville, where she is an active member and volunteer with Word of Faith Family Worship Center, Junior League of Douglas County and the Kappa Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
