The Atlanta office of Slalom Consulting has signed an 8-year lease for 8,808 square feet of office space at 3630 Peachtree. Headquartered in Seattle, Washington, the business/information technology consultant has rapidly grown to more than 1,800 consultants and helps companies from the Fortune 500 to emerging businesses. The company delivers award-winÂning solutions and innovation through a national network of local offices across 11 North American cities. Slalom will relocate to 3630 Peachtree from One Buckhead Plaza, which is also located in the Buckhead submarket and is expected to take occupancy September 1, 2012.
Patrick Duffy of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Slalom Consulting in the transaction, while Jackie Gauthreaux, Jennifer Koontz and Kerry Armstrong of Pope & Land represented the ownership.
