ZTE USA, Inc. has signed a 10-year lease for 8,830 RSF on the 7th floor of 3630 Peachtree. The relocation of its Atlanta Office will instantly raise the company’s profile by moving to the much newer, trophy building developed by Duke Realty Corp. and Pope & Land Enterprises, Inc. ZTE offers a wide choice of products ranging from voice, data, multimedia and wireless broadband services.
Jason Watt and Adam Simpson of Grubb & Ellis represented ZTE USA in the lease transaction. Kerry Armstrong of Duke Realty, Jackie Gauthreaux and Jennifer Koontz of Pope & Land Enterprises, Inc., and Chris Scott of Greenstone Properties represented ownership.
